• Financial & Payment Data: Given the nature of a Khata/Cashbook service, all ledger entries and transactions are securely processed. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make premium subscription purchases (e.g., via Google Billing, UPI AutoPay). All payment data is securely handled by our payment processors.

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To fulfill and manage your subscriptions. We use your information to manage premium subscriptions, auto-payments, and access to premium features.
• To deliver services to the user. We use your information to provide the requested service, including generating PDF reports and managing cashbook data.
• To protect our Services. We use your information as part of our efforts to keep our app safe and secure and prevent fraud.

Users can delete their account and all associated data directly from within the app. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.

• Storage & Photos: To save generated PDF reports of your ledgers to your device.
• Network & Internet: To sync data with our secure servers and verify subscription statuses.
